Install Analytise on Shopify

Edit theme.liquid once and the snippet ships to every storefront page.

Edit theme.liquid

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
  2. Click … → Edit code on your live theme.
  3. Open layout/theme.liquid.
  4. Paste the snippet just before </head> and save.

Checkout pages

Shopify's native checkout runs on its own flow, so checkout steps aren't covered by the storefront snippet on non-Plus plans. For most stores tracking the storefront is enough — revenue attribution still works via the Stripe gateway sync.

Verify it works

  1. Open your website in a new tab.
  2. The dashboard shows your visit under online within a few seconds (live visitors update every ~15s).
